Awesome place to host a wedding reception. The things I loved the most about the Ball Conference Center were the seperate areas. When you walk into the BCC, it is a large waiting area. This is where we had the gift table, photobooth, app table and guest books at. Then you walked into the Ball room where we had the reception! We had the dance floor right in the middle of the room as your walked in, then tables on each side of the dance floor. The bridal table was just beyond the dance floor in the middle of the room. I felt like the center of attention! Very pleased with how everything went and the staff was awesome!

We had an amazing experience with the Ball Conference Center. Not only are they one of the cheaper vendors in the area, but the proceeds go to a great cause! Michael Nicoski, the director was so great to work with. He always was prepared and organized and very helpful! He made sure everything was set-up exactly the way you wanted it and always promptly returned emails and phone calls. The night of our reception ran so smoothly! The staff was very helpful, friendly, and did a great job of keeping on top of the schedule and assisting us and our guests! The facility is beautiful and very clean! We had an amazing experience and would highly recommend it to anyone!

We were looking for a place that was open and did not give the tight closed in feel. The location of the Ball Conference center is wonderful as it has close highway access and there are many hotels near by, some of which offer free shuttle service from the Ball Conference Center to the hotel. The front entrance provides a nice place for guests to socialize that is not in the main room where the tables and chairs are. The buffet has an option of being placed outside the main room as well, allowing for more space. The staff was very nice to work with and accommodate your individual needs. Although this place does not have the nice views overlooking downtown like some others do, but it is a perfect place to party if you're looking for a nice sized space to allow your guests to move freely and enjoy their evening. We've had nothing but good comments from guests about the evening, so check it out!

Michael was extremely accommodating, and working with him was a breeze. Ball was a beautiful place to have our wedding, and the fact that we got the entire building was a huge plus - we were even able to use a side room for baby-sitting. Even though it is called "conference center," it easily transforms into a formal banquet hall for a wedding reception. The price wasn't too horrible, and the fact that the venue is non-profit (the proceeds all go to charity) makes it even better. I would give it six stars if it were possible.

Michael was so awesome to work with! We live in California but got married in Kansas and he was so accommodating. We were even able to get in on the Friday before to drop things off and start setting up. I would definitely recommend the Ball Conference Center to anyone!
